2022(1): Editorial Introduction to Volume 2022

We are delighted to share the second issue of Cases on Leadership for Equity and Justice in Higher Education (CLEJHE). CLEJHE strives to fill a unique niche in the educational leadership field by offering peer-reviewed case studies that are equity-focused, relevant, timely, and reflective of the dynamic and diverse challenges that occur within higher education contexts. CLEJHE is committed to meaningful scholarship. We remain open access and continue to address higher education's most pressing issues through the case studies presented in the journal. We intend to support faculty and learners by supplying a resource that encourages dialogue and enhances praxis through the promotion of critical and creative problem-solving.

Through this second issue of CLEJHE, we seek to expand our platform and further our outreach to colleagues by expanding scholarly conversation and fostering a community of practice among educational leaders who are committed to equity.

CLJHE was made possible by funding from the Colorado Department of Higher Education and the University of Colorado Denver School of Education and Human Development. The journal is a collaborative project at the University of Colorado Denver involving ThinqStudio and the School of Education and Human Development programs for Leadership for Educational Equity in Higher Education and Learning, Design, and Technology (LDT).

As always, we thank the contributing authors, reviewers, and our Advisory Board members, especially Dr. Scott Bauer and Dr. Diane Hegeman, for their support. Our continued shared efforts will increase opportunities for inclusion of varied perspectives from those who work in higher education to explore, debate, and solve problems daily.

Sincerely,
